There are people knowledgeable in the story of your neighborhood, your type of house and the way Newburgh was through the years before your time.  They can guide you to resources that may answer your questions.  On Saturday, April 22 at 2:00-3:30 pm at the Newburgh Free Library, representatives from the Newburgh Free Library’s Local History Department,  the Newburgh Historical Society, the Newburgh Preservation Association and Newburgh city government's Architectural Review Commission will gather to explain what knowledge and services they can share.
